EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Due to the nature of items sold on PluggedAU returns will only be valid in special circumstances. These circumstances include:

  • If the item is faulty.

  • If the item shipped is not the same as it is advertised.

The item must be in the same condition we sent it in for it to be valid.

Therefore, here at PluggedAU we do not accept returns/exchanges based on change of mind or incorrect sizing.

SHIPPING

All shipments within Australia are shipped with Australia Post and Sendle. Customers will receive a tracking number shortly after placing an order. From this point your item should take 3-7 business days to arrive to you. (Subject to change depending on current circumstances.)

All international shipments are shipped with DHL express or Australia Post. Customers will receive a tracking number shortly after placing an order. International customers are liable to pay all taxes and duties associated upon import if applicable.

Purchaser understands that if the item goes missing while in transit, we accept no liability for it, however we will try within our best efforts to recover the product.
